Caregiver

Caregiver responsible for administering prescribed medications, assisting clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (including doctor’s appointments and walks), assisting with personal care and hygiene, guiding clients through physical therapy exercises, planning and preparing meals with client input, assisting with shopping, and performing light housekeeping. Provides a pleasant and supportive companionship, reports any unusual incidents, and acts quickly and responsibly in emergencies. Requires high school diploma or equivalent; experience in caregiving preferred. Strong emphasis on health and safety, ethics, communication, time management, and compassionate patient care with attention to dietary constraints.
