Caregiver responsible for assisting residents with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility; encourage participation in community activities, provide companionship, and foster social connections. Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and maintaining a comfortable home-like environment. Provide medication reminders as needed. Requires empathy, a patient demeanor, and excellent customer service skills. Willingness to undergo on-the-job training; no prior experience required.
