Job Summary
Provide one-on-one care to clients by assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Responsibilities include administering medication reminders, performing light housekeeping tasks, monitoring client conditions, and documenting care activities. The ideal candidate will have HHA certification, compassionate nature, and strong interpersonal skills.
Required Qualifications
- Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Compassion, empathy, and a genuine interest in improving the lives of others
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in home healthcare or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
