Job Summary
Caregiver roles include Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Homemakers (HMKs). Responsibilities include assisting clients with light housekeeping, errands, meal prep, grocery shopping, and transportation; providing personal care (bathing, dressing, mobility support, incontinence care); offering companionship to promote emotional well-being; providing medication reminders as needed; and documenting daily activities and changes in condition. Qualifications focus on a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, and willingness to undergo a criminal background check; a preferred but not required CN A/CN A license (training provided). Open availability and a compassionate, dependable personality are valued; prior CNA/PCA/Homemaker/Companion experience is a plus.
