Job Summary
Provide in-home care to seniors and individuals in their own homes, including light housekeeping, errands, meal preparation, transportation, and companionship. Deliver personal care such as bathing, dressing, mobility support, and incontinence care; offer emotional support and monitor client well-being. Document daily activities and changes in condition; assist with medication reminders as needed. Roles include Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Homemakers (HMKs). Requires a High School Diploma or GED; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; training available for HHA/CNA if not already certified. Open availability and a compassionate, dependable personality are highly valued; undergo criminal background check.
