Job Summary
Provide in-home, compassionate care for seniors including light housekeeping, errands, meal preparation, transportation, and personal care such as bathing, dressing, mobility support, and incontinence care. Offer companionship and emotional support; administer medication reminders and document daily activities. Open availability and a caring, dependable personality are valued; training is provided if CNA/HHA credentials are not already held. The role supports flexible scheduling (weekdays or weekends) within Massachusetts, with competitive pay and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation (required)
- HHA Certificate or CNA License preferred, but not required — training provided
- Must pass a criminal background check
