Job Summary
Caregiver roles (PCAs, HHAs, Homemakers) needed to support seniors in their own homes across Massachusetts. Responsibilities include assisting with light housekeeping, errands, meal preparation, transportation, personal care (bathing, dressing, mobility, incontinence care), companionship, medication reminders, and documenting client well-being. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation; HHA certification or CNA license is preferred but not required, as training is provided.
