Job Summary
Caregiver role encompassing Personal Care Assistant, Home Health Aide, or Homemaker duties in Massachusetts. Responsibilities include assisting with light housekeeping, errands, meal preparation, transportation, personal care (bathing, dressing, mobility, incontinence), companionship, medication reminders, and daily documentation. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license with reliable transportation; HHA/CNA is preferred but not mandatory as training is provided. Open availability encouraged and a criminal background check is required. Prior CNA/PCA/Homemaker/Companion experience is a plus.
