Job Summary
Provide in-home personal care to seniors and help with daily living activities including light housekeeping, errands, meal preparation, transportation, bathing, dressing, mobility support, and incontinence care. Offer companionship to promote emotional well-being and provide medication reminders when needed. Document daily activities and changes in client condition. Requires a High School Diploma or GED; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. HHA certificate or CNA license is preferred but training is provided. Flexible scheduling (weekdays or weekends) and career advancement opportunities are available in a supportive, family-oriented environment with competitive pay and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation (required)
- HHA Certificate or CNA License preferred, but not required — we provide training!
- Open availability strongly preferred
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Previous experience as a CNA, PCA, Homemaker, or Companion is a plus
