Job Summary
Caregiver role in Massachusetts focusing on in-home care for seniors. Responsibilities include assisting clients with light housekeeping, errands, meal preparation, transportation, personal care (bathing, dressing, mobility, incontinence care), providing companionship, and documenting daily activities and changes in client well-being. The position supports multiple roles (PCAs, HHAs, Homemakers) with flexible scheduling (weekdays or weekends) and opportunities for career advancement. Training is provided, with ongoing mentorship, benefits (medical, dental, 401(k)), direct deposit, and referral bonuses.
