Job Summary
Conduct long visits in clients' homes across the South Shore, providing personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and support with daily routines. Work closely with the care team to follow detailed care plans and ensure every client feels safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Build lasting relationships with a small number of clients over time while maintaining flexibility for weekend availability and reliable transportation. Required Qualifications
- CNA, HHA, or professional caregiving experience
