Job Summary
Conduct long personal care visits in clients' homes across the South Shore, providing companionship, meal preparation, and support with daily routines. Collaborate with the care team to follow detailed care plans and ensure clients feel safe and genuinely cared for while building lasting relationships with a small number of clients over time. Requires CNA or HHA experience, comfort with days or overnight shifts, and at least one weekend day per week. Offers $22.50/hr with overtime, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) match, and paid orientation.
Required Qualifications
- CNA, HHA, or professional caregiving experience
