Job Summary
Provide assistance to residents with grooming, personal hygiene, and all activities of daily living as outlined in individual care plans. Lead residents in programming and life experiences, attend social outings while ensuring safety, and assist with meals and snacks. Monitor changes in residents' conditions, take appropriate action, and recommend adjustments in care levels. Document residents' records and interact with families and community guests. Assist the Resident Service Director with weights and vitals. Fluently speak, read, and write English. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required. Prior experience in assisted living, memory care, or skilled nursing is required.
