Job Summary
Conduct 12-hour visits in clients' homes across Peabody, Danvers, Bedford, and Woburn, providing personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and support with daily routines. Collaborate closely with the care team to follow detailed care plans and ensure every client feels safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for while building lasting relationships with a small number of clients. Maintain flexibility for weekend availability, long days, or overnight shifts, and utilize reliable transportation for travel between locations.
Required Qualifications
- CNA, HHA, or professional caregiving experience
- Comfort with long visits, days or awake overnights
- Weekend availability of at least one day per week
- Reliable transportation
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
