Job Summary
Conduct 12-hour visits in clients' homes across Boston, Brookline, Cambridge, and surrounding areas, providing personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and support with daily routines. Collaborate closely with the care team to follow detailed care plans, ensuring every client feels safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for while building lasting relationships with a small number of clients over time. Maintain flexibility for weekend availability and long shifts, including days or awake overnights. Requires CNA, HHA, or professional caregiving experience, reliable transportation, and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
