Job Summary
As a Caregiver at Cascades Verdae, you will provide one-on-one care for seniors in Assisted Living and Memory Care, assisting with essential daily tasks such as bathing, grooming, and medication reminders. Your responsibilities will include monitoring health changes, light housekeeping, and providing companionship, all in an environment that promotes growth and teamwork. Candidates must have State Certification as a Nursing Assistant and CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications. This part-time position requires physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Must obtain State Certification as a Nursing Assistant within specified time frame per offer letter
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English fluently
- Ability to meet or exceed the company’s attendance and punctuality standards
- Ability to use Electronic Records and miscellaneous software and office equipment
- Ability to understand and follow directions as given
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in CPR, AED, and First Aid
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar healthcare position preferred
