Job Summary
Provide assistance to residents in the Assisted Living Program with activities of daily living, including medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and escort services. Document daily logs of assistance and inform supervisors of any resident issues or concerns while respecting confidentiality. Offer emotional and social support to maintain resident dignity and independence. Maintain a positive demeanor toward residents and co-workers while working as part of a team to handle multiple tasks safely. You must have at least one year of senior care experience, acceptable English proficiency, and may need a CNA or CHHA license depending on the state. Basic computer skills are required.
