Job Summary
Care Partners provide compassionate direct care to residents in an Assisted Living community, assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring) while maintaining privacy, dignity, and safety. Work in a team to promote independence, engage residents in life enrichment activities, and support open communication with healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff. Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and state-required caregiver certification (CNA/GNA/PCA/DCA) or ability to obtain; First Aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain; and at least 12 months of caregiving experience. Weekend rotation is expected.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current caregiver training/certification per state requirements (CNA/GNA/PCA/DCA) or willingness to obtain
- Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain
- At least 12 months of experience in a professional caregiving setting
