Job Summary
Provide hands-on assistance with Activities of Daily Living, including toileting, hygiene, and incontinence care, to a group of senior residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. Promote socialization and community participation while documenting daily care records and reporting observed changes to supervisors. Uphold high standards of safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance, prioritizing resident satisfaction in every interaction. Work a rotating schedule of four days on and two days off, including weekends and holidays, with shifts ranging from 10:30pm to 6:45am or 6:00am to 11:30am.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
- Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider
- Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude
- Consistent and reliable attendance
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant license
