Job Summary
Caregiver (PCW) or CNA needed at Bell Tower Residence in Merrill, WI for on-site care of residents in an assisted living setting. Responsibilities include providing nursing and nursing-related services to residents, assisting with activities of daily living, medications, meal support, mobility, data collection and reporting changes to the care team, implementing the plan of care, upholding resident dignity and confidentiality, and adhering to safety and infection control policies. Schedule options include full-time, part-time, or casual with day, evening, or overnight shifts and rotating weekends/holidays; benefits include health, dental/vision, life insurance, 401(k) with match, PTO, tuition reimbursement, EAP, and onboarding. Prior CNA experience in long-term care preferred; English literacy and strong communication required. Job location is on-site at Bell Tower Residence, Merrill, WI.
