Job Summary
Caregiver in Assisted Living providing assistance with activities of daily living (ADL) including medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and escort service. Responsibilities include following resident needs as scheduled by the supervisor, offering emotional and social support, maintaining resident dignity and confidentiality, and documenting daily logs. Requires compassionate, professional, and team-oriented approach, English proficiency, basic computer skills, and a year of senior-care experience.
Required Qualifications
- You have at least one year of experience working in senior care.
- Acceptable proficiency in English to perform job duties, communicate with supervisor and other employees, and respond and communicate to emergency situations.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely and efficiently.
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables in high stress situations.
