Job Summary
Conduct resident care by assisting with activities of daily living, meal service, and social engagement while knowing individual service plans. Appropriately communicate with clinical leadership when resident needs change and demonstrate knowledge of dementia care approaches. Maintain CPR and First Aid certifications or obtain them within the required timeframe. Handle multiple priorities and apply good judgment in problem-solving and decision-making scenarios. Complete the Certified Nurse Aide course within six months of hire and take additional state-mandated training as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED

- Willing to successfully complete the Certified Nurse Aide course within six months of hire
- Willing to take additional training or education
- CPR and First Aid certifications
