Job Summary
Learn the fundamentals of quality home care and deliver life-changing service to clients as an Arcadia Home Health Aide. Responsibilities include following care plans, assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing), light housekeeping, meal prep, laundry, transporting clients to appointments and errands, assisting with self-administration of medications, and maintaining confidentiality while adhering to Medicare/Medicaid/HIPAA regulations. Requires 18+ years old, background check, California Home Health Aide Registry, 5 hours of annual training, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills. Flexible hours with health benefits and referral bonus in a growing home care organization.
Required Qualifications

- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
