Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Support mobility and transfers within the facility while monitoring and reporting changes in condition to leadership. Administer medications under training and engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation. Provide light housekeeping and meal assistance, responding quickly and calmly in emergency situations. Work the AM shift from 6AM to 2PM with availability for every other weekend.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience
- Must be at least 18 years old
- AM Shift (6AM-2PM) Availability
- All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend
- Ability to pass medications
- CPR/First Aid knowledge
- A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability
Desired Qualifications
- CNA Certification
- Experience in Assisted Living/Memory Care
- CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR certification
