Job Summary
Caregiver responsibilities include assisting residents with daily personal and medical care per individual care plans, providing physical/brain wellness and enrichment activities, observing changes and reporting to nursing, recording health documentation, cooking and serving meals, maintaining sanitation, promoting teamwork and a positive atmosphere, and supporting residents to Live Life on Purpose. Training leading to CNA/STNA certification is available, with tuition assistance and opportunities for career growth (Med Passer/Lead roles). Flexible scheduling (Full-time, Part-time, PRN) and a supportive, inclusive work culture are emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or work equivalency required
- No experience necessary-- training will be provided
