Job Summary
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting while supporting their mobility and transfers. Administer medications under supervision, engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation, and perform light housekeeping and meal assistance. Monitor and report changes in condition to the leadership team and respond quickly and calmly to emergency situations. Work the AM shift from 6am to 2pm with availability for every other weekend. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience
- Must be at least 18 years old
- AM Shift (6am-2pm)
- All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend
Desired Qualifications
- CNA Certification preferred, but not required
- Ability to pass medications (we'll train you!)
- CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred
- Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred)
- A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability
