Job Summary
Caregivers provide daily quality care, engaging activities, and enrichment programs to residents in assisted living and memory care environments. This role involves assisting with personal and medical care, providing enrichment activities, and maintaining accurate health documentation. Successful candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, be capable of effective communication, and will receive training if required. The position offers flexible scheduling, full-time or part-time options, and opportunities for career advancement.
Required Qualifications
- No experience necessary-- training will be provided
- Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently
- Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language
Desired Qualifications
- Med Passer and/or Lead experience preferred
- CNA preferred
