Job Summary
Caregivers at New Perspective provide daily quality care, assist with personal and medical routines, and engage residents in physical fitness and social enrichment activities. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess effective organizational skills. Training is provided, making this entry-level role suitable for compassionate individuals eager to help seniors live fulfilling lives. Full-time and part-time positions are available with competitive compensation based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- No experience necessary-- training will be provided
- High school diploma or equivalency required in Pennsylvania
- Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently
- Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language
Desired Qualifications
- Med Passer and/or Lead experience preferred
- CNA preferred
