Job Summary
Full-time Caregiver in Central Oregon providing personal care and companionship to seniors and disabled individuals in clients' homes in the Redmond, Oregon area. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, meal preparation), monitoring health and documenting needs, maintaining a safe and supportive environment, adhering to health and safety policies, providing companionship, light housekeeping, escorting clients to medical appointments, and assisting with transportation. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent, at least one year of experience, ability to pass background check and drug screening, valid driver’s license and auto insurance, CPR and First Aid certification, plus strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Compensation ranges from $20-$22 per hour, paid biweekly, with benefits including paid time off, healthcare benefits, development opportunities, and paid training.
Required Qualifications
