Job Summary
Provide non-medical homecare as a caregiver to veteran clients, offering companionship and emotional support, help with daily activities, light housekeeping, plan/prepare/serve meals, assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers and ambulation (including cane, walker, wheelchair or Hoyer Lift), report any unusual events to the administrator, and respond quickly in emergencies per the Client Service Plan. Duties vary by client needs. Flexible scheduling with part-time or full-time shifts. Benefits include health options, online training, onboarding, and responsive support. Must have 1 year caregiver experience, a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, and be able to pass a background check.
