Job Summary
Provide companionship and emotional support while assisting clients with transfers, bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Plan, prepare, and serve meals, and maintain housekeeping duties within the Client Service Plan. Report unusual events to the administrator and act quickly in emergencies. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and at least one year of caregiver experience. Part-time and full-time hours available Sunday through Saturday based on client needs. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to pass a background check (then every 2 years thereafter)
- State-required SOR and Abuse Registry check (then annually)
- State-required Personal Reference Check
- State-required 5-year employment history checks
- 1 year caregiver experience
- Valid driver's license/state ID and reliable daily transportation
- Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
- Adequate physical endurance
