Job Summary
Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Prepare meals and special diets, perform general housekeeping activities, and provide transportation assistance to and from activities. Offer compassionate companionship to patients while adhering to an established plan of care. Work independently with confidential information, maintaining the dignity and privacy of clients in their own homes. This role supports individuals recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, as well as those with chronic disabilities or cognitive conditions, ensuring they remain at home with personalized care and support.
Required Qualifications
