Job Summary
Assist clients with meal preparation, housekeeping, and personal hygiene care while providing companionship and transportation as needed. Deliver individualized support for individuals recovering from illness, injury, or aging, focusing on maximizing their dignity, privacy, and independence within the comfort of their homes. Maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment when working independently with clients of all ages and cognitive abilities.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of prior professional in home care experience
- Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver's license
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
- Able to work independently with good judgement
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check
