Job Summary
Provide companionship and personal care for clients in their homes, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and feeding; perform light housekeeping and meal preparation; administer medication reminders; assist with transportation to appointments and run errands; accommodate day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts; require ability to lift up to 25 lbs, valid driver's license with reliable vehicle and insurance, and pass a background check. CNA/LNA certification and dementia experience are a plus; strong communication and professionalism are essential.
