Job Summary
Caregiver position (Caregiver/CNA/HHA) for All Shifts in a senior living community. Provides personal care and daily living support per resident care plans, including feeding, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and continence. Ensures resident safety, dignity, and privacy, promptly responds to needs, communicates changes to supervisors, and collaborates with team members to deliver compassionate, high-quality care. Requires strong customer service skills andability to interact with residents, families, and healthcare professionals. Training is provided; candidates must be 18+ with a High School Diploma or GED and pass background and health screenings. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Experience preferred but not necessary; training provided
- Ability to assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) including eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to interact with residents, families, supervisors, and healthcare professionals
- Must pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests (including TB)
- Compliance with vaccination and PPE requirements as applicable
