Caregiver/Aide

Maintain records of patient care, conditions, progress, or problems to report observations to the supervisor. Engage patients in exercises or other activities and provide companionship while assisting with meal prep. Deliver personalized, attentive care in patient homes by building genuine relationships and ensuring a healthy environment that meets individual needs. This role requires strong verbal and written communication skills, with prior Home Health or Mental Health experience being a plus. Coverage is 9am-5pm every other day plus two weekends per month.
