Job Summary
Provide non-medical home care following each client's individualized Plan of Care, including transporting clients to appointments and assisting with dressing, bathing, mobility, and incontinence care. Support daily living needs through light housekeeping, meal prep, and errands while documenting all interactions and providing companionship. Maintain a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle to fulfill these duties across Connecticut service areas. Flexible scheduling includes weekdays, weekends, overnight shifts, and live-in options with competitive hourly pay plus bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
