Job Summary
Provide non-medical home care following each client's individualized Plan of Care, including transporting clients to appointments and activities. Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, dressing, bathing, mobility, and incontinence care while serving as a steady, caring presence offering companionship and emotional support. Document care and provide reminders as directed. This role requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and reliable vehicle, with experience as a Caregiver, HHA, CNA, or PCA being a plus. Schedule includes flexible weekdays, weekends, overnight, and live-in shifts. Companions & Homemakers treats every caregiver like family in a trusted Connecticut agency.
Required Qualifications
