Job Summary
Provide non-medical home care following each client's individualized Plan of Care, including transporting clients to appointments and assisting with dressing, bathing, mobility, and incontinence care. Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and grocery shopping while documenting care and offering companionship and emotional support. Maintain a steady, caring presence to ensure client safety and well-being. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
