Job Summary
Assist clients with daily living activities, provide companionship and emotional support, and monitor changes in their health status. Follow care plans to ensure client safety while performing light housekeeping and meal prep. Lift and transfer clients up to 90 lbs as needed. This role requires a high school diploma, proven caregiver experience, and the physical ability to perform lifting duties. Candidates must pass a comprehensive background check and demonstrate strong communication skills. Schedule runs Monday through Sunday from 2pm to 8pm, with Saturday and Sunday shifts from 9am to 2pm.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Caregiver, Personal Care Assistant, or similar role.
- Must pass a comprehensive background check.
- Demonstrated ability to pay close attention to detail and follow care plans accurately.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and compassionate demeanor.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Physical ability to perform the position's duties, including lifting and transferring clients as needed.
- A commitment to providing high-quality, empathetic care to individuals in need.
