Job Summary
Provide compassionate direct care to residents in memory care, assisting with activities of daily living to promote independence, comfort, safety, and dignity. Work in a team to support residents’ well-being, engage them in life enrichment activities, assist with light housekeeping, and maintain communication among healthcare professionals, residents, families, and staff. Requires 12+ months of caregiving experience and state-required caregiver training/certification (CNA/GNA/PCA/DCA) with willingness to obtain or current First Aid/CPR. Weekend rotation expected.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Current caregiver training/certification per state requirements, such as CNA/GNA/PCA/DCA, or the willingness/ability to obtain.
- Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
- Experience: At least 12 months of experience in a professional caregiving setting.
