Job Summary
Provide personal care support including bathing, grooming, dressing, oral hygiene, and toileting. Offer companionship and emotional support while assisting with meal preparation and feeding. Monitor client health changes, accompany individuals to appointments, and document all care according to regulatory standards. Maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure proper use of safety equipment during travel to patient homes. Complete required in-service training and pass pre-employment screenings including background and drug checks. Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients up to 50 lbs. and work independently in private home settings.
Required Qualifications

- Sufficient strength and stamina to assist with client mobility
- Ability to navigate stairs, uneven surfaces, and vehicle transfers
- Ability to frequently bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach
- Fine motor dexterity to assist with grooming, dressing, feeding, medication management, and operation of medical equipment
- Adequate vision

- Ability to perform light household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and carrying groceries
- Ability to work in a private home environment
- Ability to navigate varying layouts, tight spaces, and differing temperatures
Desired Qualifications
- Active Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Previous DSW (Direct Service Worker) Experience
- Previous Personal Care Attendant (PCA) Experience
