Caregiver 7am- 7pm

Caregiver position overseeing daily living support for residents from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Responsibilities include assisting with all activities of daily living (dressing, grooming, peri-care, toileting, hygiene), meal service and dining room support, light housekeeping and laundry, promoting resident independence, and providing compassionate, respectful interaction with residents, families, visitors, and staff. Duties also include observing and reporting health or emotional status changes, participating in leisure activities, maintaining a clean and safe environment, adhering to HIPAA, signing residents out as needed, and collaborating with team members. The role requires effective communication, empathy, reliability, and willingness to assist with training and mentoring of new employees, while following policies and procedures and supporting emergency responses as essential personnel.
