Job Summary
Provide direct resident care with activities of daily living (ADLs) including dressing, grooming, peri-care, toileting, hygiene, and dining assistance. Support residents in mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and laundry while promoting independence; interact empathetically with residents, families, and visitors; observe and report changes to a supervisor; maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment; assist with leisure activities and sign residents in/out as required; communicate effectively and follow HIPAA regulations; participate in trainings and team initiatives; essential personnel during emergencies; 7am–7pm shift in Myrtle Beach, SC; requires high school diploma or GED; salary anticipated at $15.00–$16.00 per hour (annualized $31,200–$33,280).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- related experience and/or training 1-2 years preferred
- ability to perform essential duties
- HIPAA compliance understanding
