Job Summary
Conduct personal care tasks including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and incontinent care for residents. Support daily living by assisting with eating, drinking, and mobility transfers, while monitoring vital signs like blood pressure and pulse. Reposition residents in bed and escort them throughout the community, escalating health concerns to the Nurse or charge person. Document daily reports and provide emotional support to residents and families. Work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays, maintaining a minimum of 18 years of age.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work rotating weekends and holidays
- Applicants must be a minimum of 18 years old, or the age required by state regulations, whichever is higher
- Must pass State and company background checks and drug test
- Read, write, speak and understand the English language
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, although mandatory in certain states

- Working experience alone, on a team, and on projects start to finish
- Strong emotional intelligence and listening skills
- Dedication to the medical field, especially towards working with the residents
