Job Summary
Provide personal care and assist Activities of Daily Living for residents in RCAC, CBRF, and Memory Care settings. Follow resident care plans to support mobility, administer medical tasks, serve meals, and perform light housekeeping. Work 8-hour shifts with every other weekend and rotating holiday availability. Requires CBRF certifications and adherence to organizational regulations. Capri Communities offers a 4-day work week option, 52 paid days off, and tuition reimbursement for this role.
