Job Summary
Caregiver (3rd Shift) provides resident-directed care in a home-like setting for residents, assisting with activities of daily living, administering medications, updating records, and helping with light housekeeping, meal service, and life enrichment activities. Responsibilities include tailoring care to each resident using the resident service plan, maintaining privacy and dignity, responding to alerts, documenting changes, reporting safety concerns, and collaborating with a cohesive team to support residents and families. Requires high school diploma or GED and physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and use lifts/clinical equipment.
