Job Summary
Perform direct care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel to maintain a positive physical, social, and psychological environment for residents. Assist with daily activities while treating all individuals with dignity, equality, and respect in line with the Lifestyle Pledge and Principles. Maintain a positive attitude toward the elderly and follow oral and written directions effectively. This part-time role operates from 10:00 p.m. to 6:15 a.m. as a 3rd shift position within a 144-bed Senior Living Community in Dayton, OH. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age, speak and understand English, and possess previous experience or completion of an appropriate training program.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Completion of elementary education or otherwise show ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions
- Must speak and understand English
- Previous experience or completion of appropriate training program
- Positive attitude toward the elderly
