Job Summary
Perform direct care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel to maintain a positive physical, social, and psychological environment for residents. Assist in daily care activities while treating all with dignity, equality, and respect in alignment with the Lifestyle Pledge and Principals. Maintain a positive attitude toward the elderly and follow oral and written directions effectively. Requires at least 18 years of age, elementary education, English proficiency, and prior experience or completion of an appropriate training program. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Completion of elementary education or otherwise show ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions
- Must speak and understand English
- Previous experience or completion of appropriate training program
- Positive attitude toward the elderly
