Job Summary
Communicate respectfully with residents while assisting with daily personal and medical care routines per individual plans. Provide physical, brain, and social enrichment activities; observe residents for condition changes and report to nursing. Cook, serve, and feed meals to create engaging dining experiences. Maintain proper cleaning, sanitation, and medical documentation. Interact professionally to promote teamwork and happiness. No experience necessary; training provided. High school diploma required. Full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or work equivalency
- Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently
- Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language
Desired Qualifications
- Personal Care Assistant (PCA) experience
- Med Passer and/or Lead experience
- Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)
- State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA)
